**Responsibilities**

* Serve as dedicated customer advocate and brand ambassador, playing a crucial role in shaping the client experience at the dealership

* Act as a liaison between the clients and the respective in-store departments including: Service, Sales, Parts and Loaner vehicles

* Provide care through active anticipation of customer needs and personalized customer interactions

* Meet, greet, acknowledge and interact with every client on a daily basis

* Offer and serve refreshments to all guests

* Ensure consistent appearance of the concierge area

* Assist customers with local recommendations on restaurants, activities, shopping locations, reservations, etc.

* Consistent professional appearance and demeanor

* Manage day-to-day customer needs and expectations as required

**Qualifications**

* Intermediate skills with MSWord, Excel, and Outlook

* High school diploma and/or completed commercial training with a focus on customer service

* 2 to 5 years experience in customer service-oriented, luxury industry such as 5* hotels

* Automotive industry experience, preferred

* Bilingual (English and Spanish)

* Ability to deal with stressful situations

* Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation, assertiveness and a very high degree of service awareness

* Ability to take ownership of customers needs, multi-tasking, and time management

* Physical Requirements: Standing and walking for extended periods of time

* Schedule: Flexibility to work during the week and on Saturdays until 8 pm.
